Solution

Install phone driver enables connection between phone and PC via USB cable.. To install the phone driver, operations are needed on both ends - the phone and the computer or laptop.

Operations on the phone

Connect the phone with the computer or laptop by USB cable, and then follow below steps:

1. Pull down Notification bar on Home screen

2. Touch USB for file transfer

3. Select File transfers (MTP)

4. Tap OK to allow USB debugging

Operations on the computer or laptop

Follow below step to operate on computer or laptop:

1. Enter Computer from Start menu. Find the drive disk

2. Open the drive disk. Double-tap LenovoUsbDriver.exe to start installing the program. Setup will guide you through the installation process

Note: It is recommended that you should close all other applications before setup, and this will cause relevant system files update without rebooting your computer.
